CTT Wellness Kitchener is a leading mental health clinic in Kitchener. We bring evidence-based, trauma-informed care to the heart of Waterloo Region, and is the only CTT clinic offering ADHD assessments for children and adults. Our trauma therapists support adults, children, and teens with PTSD treatment, anxiety counselling, depression therapy, and EMDR — alongside our flagship ADHD assessments for children and adults. Services are available in person at our downtown Kitchener clinic, virtually across Ontario and select Canadian provinces, and in-home or community in select Waterloo Region areas. Our space is private and welcoming, built for tech workers running on empty, students navigating academic pressure, parents seeking support for a child, or anyone stepping into therapy for the first time.

We offer direct billing where available, and we support MVA, VAC, and WSIB funding streams. Payment options include credit card, debit, and e-transfer, with receipts issued after every session.
