Eating Disorder Therapy
Eating disorder therapy at CTT Wellness offers specialized, weight inclusive care for adults, teens, and children navigating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, and disordered eating that does not fit a clear diagnosis. You do not need a label to deserve support. You only need to know that something is not okay.
What Is an Eating Disorder?
Signs & Symptoms to Watch For
Eating disorders show up differently for everyone, but they always interfere with your life, health, and relationships. Recognizing these signs in yourself or someone you love is the first step toward healing. You do not need every sign to deserve help.
How Eating Disorder Therapy and Nutrition Support Work Together
Eating disorders require an integrated treatment approach because they affect both your mind and body. At CTT Wellness, we believe sustainable recovery happens when psychological therapy and nutritional support work hand-in-hand.

Eating Disorder Across Every Stage of Life
For children and pre-teens
For adolescents and teens
For adults
For older adults and midlife
Eating disorders rarely show up alone. Many people we work with are also navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety and stress, or depression and mood challenges. Our integrated approach addresses what is happening underneath the eating disorder, not just the symptoms on the surface.
No matter your age, you deserve specialized care that meets you exactly where you are. Recovery from eating disorders is possible at every life stage — and body image therapy alongside trauma-informed support helps reach the roots, not just the symptoms.
